Soon it will be March and the sap will flow again |
Nestled in the Nicolet National Forest of Northern Wisconsin
is the home of Bear Paw Scout Camp, Mountain, WI. Here the sap begain to flow as winter melts into spring and the sugar
bush comes alive! This is where pure maple syrup is made from bucket to bottle, from the finest sugar maple trees
in camp. Bear Paw maple syrup makes Scouting Sweeter One Bottle at a time. A purchase of a bottle of pure Maple Syrup
at the Camp Trading Post helps support Maple Syrup Days for Scouts and Leaders at Bear Paw Scout Camp each year. Program
info can be found at http://www.bpsc.org/YearRound/mapledays.php. See you at one of the Maple Syrup Days at Bear Paw (held the last two Saturdays in March
and the first Saturday in April).

The Sugar Bush at Bear Paw will go to sleep until the spring 2013. The last
two Sat. in March and the first Sat. in Spring the sap will run and Bear Paw's Maple Syrup will flow once again.
(March 23, 30 and April 6, of 2013) Make your plans, the number of Scouts and Leaders are limited.
